If you are still in Boracay or Iloilo, try to eat Kalamay Hati, it is made of glutinuos rice flour, coconut milk and brown. sugar. And, Baye baye, it is a mixture of scrape coconut meat, brown sugar and pinipig (pounded ricr grain). These are my childhood favorites.

It looks delicious. I never thought that small crabs can be fried and eaten like that. The first time I eat those little fried crabs is when I was in MOA's sidewalk near manila bay back in 2019.🙂

If you stay 5 years or more you learn ups and downs in Philippines culture. People here lives in simple life,they learn to laughed at some problems,they have delicious recipes and cooking's that you can't find easily or cravings in south Korea,US when you return home
@rainierdy28082 ай бұрын
All of the things you ate were made out of rice but cooked differently, none of them were made of Cassava. Kutsinta and Biko and even Puto are best eaten with grated coco meat, try them with it, it'll taste better!😋😋😋

We don’t have that kind of small crab at the local market here in the US, but kind of big, really big crab and it’s way so expensive. Oh, I missed a lot about my home country can offer me especially those local food like green seaweeds, fish, that small crab you ate, and those snack food like puto, bibinka, Biko, ginataan, also those fruits that are local in origin.......I miss a lot of ‘em.....the halo-halo is the best during summer time. In anyway, Filipino here from California.

Crablets taste better than the big crabs. The smaller or younger the crab, the better because the shells tend to be softer. When coated with starch or cornflour and then fried to the right crispiness, the whole thing can be eaten--meat and shell. It's perfect as a pulutan with beer and karaoke with friends.

The way we catch those little crabs when we were kids is by making wet sandballs and hit them when they're running. When they get hit, they tumble and that's when you try to grab them. It was very fun when we were kids. Brought back great childhood memories.😊😊😊

old Filipino delicacies are good along with hot black coffee no sugar added, because delicacies alone are sweet enough good to give a boost to early Filipino farmers back in the days. early Filipinos if you watch old videos are lean and fit people rarely you can see fat bellies. unlike today they're just like walking balloons😂

Why there’s so many kids at the street late night, are they homeless
@octavioferrer16762 ай бұрын
It's not unusual to see kids playing or having fun along the streets at night in the Philippines specially in the province. It's a Filipino culture and that is why community members are so bonded together.
