My Lady Parts - Doon Mackichan - review

Paul Seven Lewis reviews a new autobiography/memoir by comedian and actor Doon Mackichan, star of Smack The Pony and Two Doors Down. Her career on TV includes Brass Eye, Alan Partridge and Plebs. On stage, she has appeared in Boeing-Boeing, Bitter Wheat with John Malkovich and will be joining Kristin Scott Thomas and Lily James in Lyonesse at the Harold Pinter Theatre from 17 October 2023. My Lady Parts describes a personal and working life in which she has fought misogyny, discrimination and female stereotypes, as well as personal trauma.
