As fans of Architectural Digest, we decided to bring you all behind the scenes and give you a tour of our Las Vegas home! We show you all the ins and outs of our home including the designs we went with along with our reasoning behind each selection. After showing the main spaces of the home, we went ahead and walked you to the kids' rooms and followed it up by showing our movie theatre.
As you can see, my wife and I had different ideas for the furniture (guess whose ideas we went with), and she is also a big fan of wallpaper, which is a common theme throughout the home. We purchased this Las Vegas home as a new build, and we have put our own touches and upgrades on it since moving in.
Although we could've picked from dozens of houses we saw, one of the main reasons we went with this one is because of the vision I had for the backyard. The house sits on a half acre that gives us ample space for our family. We turned the empty back yard into what you see it is now, including a basketball court with a logo of one of my company's Future Flipper.

Great video. It's funny. Ryan grew up with no-zero wallpaper. Ryan also had a full court basketball court built by his Dad with subcontractor concrete guy, but no paint or lines. Didn't you kids draw some lines and other on it? Ryan & Mindy's house is a home and it has lots of nice features. Mindy has done a great job with it. I love the art piece Ryan picked and the constellation day they met and day they got married night sky views. Every room is both nice and functional. Form and function. I think that sums up Ryan. He's not about frills. The old fire pit was dangerous. I didn't care for it and thought someone would break a leg stumbling into it. Thank goodness the child was okay and Ryan eliminated it.
