Hey Ashley!! There’s actually two types of Okonomiyaki (noodle pizza) in Japan! One is Osaka Style Okonomiyaki with no noodles and the Hiroshima Style Okonomiyaki with noodles and fried egg on top.

Okonomiyaki usually refers to just a cabbage pancake. You can add yakisoba noodles (typically Osaka style), but then it becomes modanyaki (literally means "modern yaki", aka modern okonomiyaki)! Just a more modern take on the traditional okonomiyaki. Osaka tends to mix all their ingredients together while Hiroshima layers.

I wanted to go to the owl cafe but it was booked for like 2 weeks smh That’s crazy how they have so many deers roaming around lol. Yeah that sucks that the taxis are so expensive there. I was at the Suzukien spot and had the hojicha and that was good. I went to Sensoji during the day and night and it’s so beautiful at night. Great sunset and love this video Ashley 😎
