+Ben Brown Yes it definitely does hinder your ability to get hired! If she's going to be auditioning for stuff at the moment then she'd benefit from having abnormal colour. At this point, I had just finished my job and knew I wouldn't be auditioning for anything until at least 2 months away so it was fine for me to live freely for that time haha
