I've been here several times as a kid around 2010 and seeing all these vlogs has brought it all back to me. not a lot has changed over the last decade bar the Toystory land, Radiatorsprings etc over at Disney Studios. Thank you so much for documenting all this. Love both your channels!

That shows my age. I remember a lot from that movie, "The Island at the Top of the World." It was promoted heavily in 1974 and released with "Winnie the Pooh and Tigger Too." Scenes from the movie occupied the Main Street windows at Disneyland. In 1973, Anaheim's Main Street had a preview center that announced an attraction to be based on the movie. The design on display was identical to that Hyperion entrance. The attraction was part of Discovery Bay, a land that never made it to Disneyland. Tony Baxter's Discovery Bay plan was much more aggressive on Frontierland than the plans for Star Wars Land. Its plan included shutting down the Columbia and the Mark Twain and turning them into restaurants. Much of it was to be built over half of Tom Sawyer Island. The movie attraction was to be built beyond the berm, in what is becoming Star Wars Land.

It may be 3 years old, but I do love a good Justin verbal ramble combined with a Disneyland Paris physical ramble.

J, you are awesome! Thank you for being human especially on Periscope where you've allowed us to see a more personal side of you. Your Periscopes are legendary and absolutely the most fun to watch of anyones on that site. Don't let Periscope's changes steal your joy. Don't let Mr grumpy frumpy distract you from your quest for positivity. Regardless of what Periscope does, always choose joy, and be encouraged to hold back expressing your frustration. Stay Positive regardless and always moving forward. I enjoy and miss your Periscopes and I'd hate to see those go.

and btw yes i do understand why you're leaving Periscope, I just don't agree that you should allow it to cause you to leave. Thank you for the fun!

Justin, Thank you for the amazing vlogs. I actually felt like I went to Paris! I hope when you come back home you take a MUCH NEEDED REST! I know that is hard for you, but I think most of the fans will understand. At least take a couple of days to recover from the jet lag. :)

The Nautilus walk through seems really cool. 20000 Leagues Under The Sea is my favorite live action Disney film so if I ever make it to Disneyland Paris to see that my mind would probably explode hahaha. The Trader Sam's mug is massive! I could barely find a place to put it in my room

I got one of those Nautilus. It's massive. And the drink was delicious.

I have a bunch of Disney movies on VHS and they don't look bootlegged at all. Trust me I've seen a bootlegged movie. It sucked so bad. Thanks for making these final videos :) Have a safe trip home

Island at the top of the world is about An American archaeologist, lecturing in Norway at the beginning of the 20th century, embarks on a strange mission to find the young son of a wealthy Englishman who has mysteriously disappeared in the Arctic Circle. With the help of a French aeronaut and an Eskimo guide, he discovers a verdant valley, populated for over 1,000 years by time-forgotten Vikings.

My grandma's best friend used to make me bootleg disney VHS tapes. She had a dual dec vcr and she would buy every legit Disney VHS to make bootlegs from.

And all the new VHS releases were always hired out so you had to find an alternative. Picking random movies just based on the artwork on the case.

I will miss you on Periscope....but I do follow one other person who regularly uses Facebook live, John Barrowman. He has been using it for a little bit and it seems to work good for him...he used to do periscope also I assume he left it for very similar reasons as you stated. Safe travels tomorrow....so did you drink all your Dew?

Yeah, Periscope is not awesome. I don't have a smartphone and was only ever able to watch the ones you left up to view later, so I didn't get the full experience. But the trolls got overwhelming. It would be fun to be able to do something through Facebook.

I hate periscope... I want it to die. And then snapchat. It takes youtubers away from youtube and I don't have time for another freaking social media site.
