Good talent drain theory on a the California exodus. We really enjoy the Princess Royal class ships. We’ve been on every one except Majestic Princess - and we are cruising on Majestic twice next year; assuming they get their service issues fixed. At least once to figure it out… 😁 Cancelled our Sun Princess cruise - seems too crowded for us.

Will def try a Royal Class ship but I'd for sure choose Caribbean Princess over Sun Princess.

@ We’ve sailed on Caribbean Princess as well - loved it. But, we prefer the layout of the Royal Class ships to the Grand Class ships. We will look forward to your Royal Class vlogs. Cheers.

The amount of times you said dome and i kept thinking 💭 of the other meaning. And yes the comedy club needs more room. As for the bags being out early im kinda not a morning person so I rarely use that service i walk my bags off the 🚢 z

The Royal class ships are pretty nice - especially the newer ones. Not nearly as quirky as Sun.

I watched the videos from when the ship got launched, The design team had Never ever taken a cruise before. So I think a lot of the problems stem from that. I had predicted Then that it would need a refit at about the five year mark, They didn't even wait that long.

Yeah, the whole musical restaurants thing was weird. There also isn't capacity to handle all the Premier guests. 😣

I really liked the two Grand Class ships on which I sailed (Emerald and Sapphire) and was less pleased with the Royal class ship (Enchanted). My memory is that you enjoyed the Caribbean, another Grand Class ship. If that's correct, I would just skip the Royals. The public areas of The Enchanted felt crowded and noisy and the decor was less beautiful--lots of beige. The only thing i really liked better on the Enchanted was the buffet. I have trips booked on the Island and Emerald and am really looking forward to both.

Yes, great time on Caribbean Princess. Island Princess is comparatively tiny, sounds like fun. I'll give Princess one more try, probably not next year though. 😕
