Do you like working at your airline? Do you recommend it for new hire fa’s? Any pros or cons ?

So far I do and when I was a new hire it was challenging just because we were on probation at the time and so we had to have perfect attendance. Being on reserve can be difficult too just because you don’t have control over your schedule yet. While on reserve depending on the base, you do get nice trips and the crews have been so helpful and kind especially when I first started. But I think it is a nice place for new hires to start.
