Great books again. It's nice to see hauls of actual "comic" books and not all superhero ones. Gees, a half million books for 50c each... how did you not come home with a full box?

That was quite a haul! You are so lucky to have a good local dealer who actually understands that it is better to price his books to move, than to have them sitting in his store collecting dust because hoping to get the high end prices of Ebay. * * * That calendar girl in a Dennis the Menace cartoon was very surprising! * * * ''Hungry bugs'' who got to your Sabrina comic book is exactly why I bag and board every single book in my collection. Low grades can still be desireable books for many budget collectors, but if they can degrade even lower to a point where they aren't any more. * * * Very nice selection and variety: Archies, Gold Keys, Marvel, DC, Dells...

Thank you Mr. Ranger sir. That is the reason I go to this shop (which is not local btw, it's 43 miles away). He has very few books that are priced "just right", but most of his books you just grab for one low price.

The earlier Dennis The Menace panels were a bit more ribald than they became in later years. Plus an half inch drawing of a nude calendar girl wouldn’t necessarily cause the switchboards to light up like they would in the hypersensitive modern times. Just how I kind of remember things from my childhood. Love the humor comics you cover. Everyone else is so superhero centric!

Thanks! I do love the cartoon books. They make up most of my collection. It's what I love to read!
