You stopped watching anime, to become the protagonist of your own anime life in vrchat

This "game" is addictive... I consider VRC as a social platform not a game tho One of the good and worst thing about VRC is the community, you can find some truly amazing things here. I've always wanted to dance, so I got Fullbody and I searched for dancing community and I managed to get into it pretty quick(By dancing I don't mean no Club or FBT Heaven Lapdance shit), being able to connect to actual Professionals Street Dancers from all around the world and exchange with them without either waiting for them to come in your country or you to fly there is truly unbelievable. Ultimately now I play less to focus on Real life, it helped me getting rid of my Shyness but in return I feel like I'v also wasted a lot of time bcs of it

Even tho it's a year old video, YT recommended this video to me. It was a cool video to watch/listen, since we may have similar age. Besides age, listening to your story was cool because I had a similra one UNTIL the playstation 2 part. After that I changed to PC gaming mostly due to Counter Strike. All my school friends were playing CS 1.6 then CS Source. Although not super into VR Chat, I really enjoy to jump worlds and make new friends. Thanks again to share your story, I feel inspired to do something similar. Keep your videos coming :D

Your voice is super comfy to listen to, so the longer video works well. I really liked hearing a bit about your background. Much of what you brought up really echoed back through my own history a lot - even the whole part about falling out of videogames and anime for a while, but also slowly rediscovering those passions alongside other people. It's really wild how social VR can change the whole dynamics of your life.

The Wavebird was the COOLEST thing! I also had the gameboy player for the gamecube and being able to play my GBA games on a TV screen was amazing

This might be a little long because of the length of the video so I'll divide my comment up into sections. First, I agree with what you said about the Wii being similar to VR. I'd also want to mention the Xbox Kinect was very similar to vr as well, even though it did not have that much replayability outside of the one boxing game mode. I always loved portable gaming and pokemon. I've literally played every pokemon mainseries title from Pokemon Black version 2 to Pokemon Sword. (Ultra Moon is my favorite. I have not played Scarlet/Violet yet). In fact, portability is the main reason why I', probably going to go for a laptop as opposed to a desktop for pcvr. One thing I'd like to mention about VRchat that seems to line up with your experience, is that it's a lot easier to walk up to people and talk to them online, as opposed to walking up to strangers at a store or public area (such as a park) and talking to those people there. Similarly, VRchat is less combat orientated than other games, creating a social atmosphere few other games can replicate (the other games I can think of that are also pretty social are Minecraft and Final Fantasy 14, which are both known for their multiplayer experiences). The amount and variety of worlds also contribute to this as you basically can invite your friend to do several things with you in VR like watching a movie without requiring you (and everyone with you) to buy another game and download it or come over to your house in order to do it. VRchat also has the benefit of letting you see your friends a 3d avatars, which makes the experiences you have with them way more enjoyable than simply watching a movie on a shared screen on discord or playing a game like uno online where your friends are only represented by their voice.

Dude psp was based, and so was the music playing features. My first PSP died because I left my pocket open while snowboarding and got a bunch of water in it 😔

One thing that i kinda hate about watching your content is that after every video i wanna try vrchat as well but i tell myself that without a vr equipment it is probably not worth it. I am gonna assume at some point you will make me get gear for vr to try it out ^^

First. I assumed your vr chat account was older then mine. But my account was made on the OG VR Chat website and i had to migrate to steam. Second. My first console was the Playstation and and Dancing stage whas whit the console and a dancing mat.

Don't escape into the simulacrum dude, just get back up and keep going! It's sad to see people check out of reality as a whole and imprison themselves in these man made hellscapes. What you're doing isn't social, you're not being a social person, it's too fake for that and will never translate into real life. Being comfortable isn't what you were born to do and sometimes you might think you're stuck but there's always a solution to the problem. Giving up ain't it though. If you never challenge yourself, you're never gonna grow. I believe in your dormant indomitable spirit, you can do it man!

As someone who recently got into vrchat, it's very fun, just avoid the super popular places if you don't want to sift through servers filled with children or weird people. My favorite place to chill is LPD station, but there are many other places depending on your preferences.

@@CakeofPokke there aren't that many weird people assuming you stay away from the black cat server (it's the most popular one so it's the one that has the biggest variety of people etc.). Children are pretty common though so if you don't want to deal with them just avoid places like Mcdonald's where you could tell at first glance that's where they would hang out. I personally still have tons of fun!
