Congrats for pushing yourself thru it in this manner. I have been cheated for 18 years and decided to understand and get out of it. Many things helped in healing, but one thing told by a mentor helped a lot, whether it’s true or not doesn’t matter: that people who hurt us the most, are our soul family who vowed to help us here to learn what we came to learn here! And then I guess it brings the transformation bigger than anyone who is living a happy normal life ! Remain authentic 😊

had an 8month relationship. in the beginning, it was beautiful like anything. fights would happen, we would sort it out and continue again. but later, that person started taking turns off the road. apologies were becoming chance. meeting each other became a rare thing. later, even talking on call became rare. not talking properly, just being silent, just giving excuses when it came to meet, calling love care as toxic etc. became normal. at the end, that person left. Our meet was scheduled but, we never saw each other's faces ever again. to be honest, that person got bored. idk how but, people get bored quickly and dont even try to cope up. cz relationships are not a joke. these are pure bonds. atleast, we should remember all the time and energy we've poured in. plus, after ending the relationship, that person was concerned that I'll block them or not haha

What ha happened in your relationship and how men visualise these things in their head when they get cheated on . Your pain was seen in your eyes and i watched that episode when i was going through the exact same situation and everything you said made so much sense. I was cheated on , first love and it leaves impacts that can never be undone in entire life. That's what also led me to the path of inner work and also find out that i had gone through so much emotional unavailability emotional neglect at home that being mistreated is all the familiar i knew. Thanks for sharing this Ranveer and no offence to anyone but cheating is still unethical in my perspective. If someone fell out of love from someone and don't want to date them anymore then they should properly breakup with them before they start seeing others or dating someone else doesn't matter whose fault it is and who is not giving time to the relationship

Right. Calling it unethical isn't 'bad' or 'negative', nor is calling it ethical a more 'positive' response. When you do that, inadvertently you end up placing the blame on yourself or your 'faulty' perspective. Trying to give everything a positive spin is toxic positivity. It's okay to point out someone else's mistake - that is helpful for the other person too, as they get to receive accurate feedback.

Cheating is not justified. If one doesnt get what they want , they have to ask for it , I mean do we always get out needs met from one person , No , we talk, we negotiate , we understand and slowly move forward together with hope. Leaving is much better still than cheating. What she did was unethical. Dont blame yourself. Relationship are always filled with struggles , ups and downs. To do it together is what makes it a relationship. Ofcourse all breakupd make us move to what is and who is more aligned.

Time heals everything but one thing that an individual can do to make that healing faster is by forgiving the person and in some cases forgiving oneself. It's true that you can never forget that hurtful & uneventful heartbreak but by forgiving you will never feel that pain. Consider it a lesson and never leave hope, never stop believing in love. Brother, I totally understand that feeling of guilt and self-blame and the unending cycle of thoughts going “I should’ve done this” or “should’ve said that” in certain situations to have made things better. You did things with what you knew at the time. You’re human, and it’s okay to make mistakes. In relationships, BOTH partners are going to make mistakes because we’re human. For a relationship to work, BOTH should accept each others flaws, communicate issues clearly and tackle problem together to ensure those issues don’t come up again. But this girl cheated on you. Cheating is NOT a mistake and it’s a choice. It’s not a solution to problems in a relationship. You don’t go looking for someone else’s attention (be it sexually or emotionally) just because there’s issues in the relationship. You know Ranveer. You and I somewhat share a similar story. There was a guy in my life and for the first time in my life I dated a guy and it was a big thing for me... Bust shortly he kind of started becoming disinterested in the relationship. Me being me I could sense that but he never opened up and kept resisting. We were still in a relationship and then one day I found out that he is talking to some other girl probably flirting and even hanging out with that girl... I felt devastated and hurt to my core so much so that I cried and cried and fainted. I just could not take it out of my head... So one day I closed my eyes and something amazing happened. I became still and I fell in love with that calmness. That's how spiritual journey started for me in my life. Before that I was absolutely a non spiritual person. Now I thank him that the pain he caused me led to discover a perspective on life that has become my journey now.. So I guess everything happens because of our karma and when we know that and learn to accept it.. Life becomes easier to live..relationships become easier to handle. And no matter who hurts whom to be in peace it's better to make peace with the person and move on. Basically forgive and forget and learn to ask for forgiveness. I have forgiven him and I feel free now

Ranveer ,you should try quantum jumping (reality shift) Take a break and yeah you can go anywhere for 2-3 weeks while being asleep for one night for the rest of the world .Telling you from experience. I'm serious
