Oyku (Beren Gokyildiz) is an 8-year-old girl who has a very clear perception and is very smart, unlike her peers. When her aunt, with whom she has lived since birth, leaves her, she has to find her father Demir, whom she has never seen before. Demir (Bugra Gulsoy), a fraudster who grew up in an orphanage, is arrested on the day that Oyku comes to find him. Demir is released by the court on condition that he takes care of his daughter, but Demir does not want to live with Oyku. While Demir and his partner Ugur (Tugay Mercan) are trying to get rid of Oyku, they are planning to make a big hit. Candan (Leyla Lydia Tugutlu), who is the target of this great hit, hides the great pains of the past in her calm life. None of these people whom life will bring together with all these coincidences know that Oyku is hiding a great secret.

Oyku got an attack by observing her just for one-day. Then imagine she spending her life with her Mother can shorten her life. So living with the father can cure her disease bc he's the best father. In life anything can be cured if the person is happy and the environment she's living also peaceful and loving.

The fact that Asu still doesn't want her daughter explains why the child is reluctant to come close to her mother. We all know that Asu takes on Oyku only for the inheritance her father left.

Episodes gets shorter and shorter...but it was a good one. Difficult to watch the struggle of Oyku 's mum because in one end she is in it for the money in the other her maternal instincts are kicking in...the real bad guy here is Jemal who does not care about anything and hides behind women and children to satisfy his thirst for revenge. He is not man enough to face Demir...yuk! Unfortunately Asu has no one but him on her camp!

I disagree, Oyku's mom does not care about her because if she did she would have looked for her prior to the news about the money. Also she can see the relationship between her and dad. This happens in real life, sometimes you have to suffer the consequences of your actions as a parent and act in the best interest of the child by being unselfish. Also Asu is to stupid and brainless to stand up against Cemal who does not care about her nor Oyku who is using them to get revenge against Demir, so how is she going to teach her daughter to fend for herself. Furthermore, she is filthy and untidy, her home looks like a bomb hit it and unhygienic for Oyku's health.

Öykü , Asu , Demir . This is a 3D setup . 1) they've come into each other's domain , the past few months 2) at first , Demir was reluctant to have Öykü , rejected her and always tried finding avenues to "get rid of her . It's Öykù , thru threatening ( a clause in his release from being jailed , had stressed failure to taking care of his supposed daughter he'd be jailed for a felony he'd committed prior to Öykü's appearance ) 3) enters Asu ! Now , suddenly , Demir's affection towards Öykù has keened , they've established a father /daughter bond and he's become overprotective and seems to want no part in Asu re establishing herself as the kids mum . What are Demir's fears towards Asu and as far as am concerned , she's the kids mother . Demir , not wanting this association is based on their past experience , but Asu is still Öykü's mum and considering all three are relatively new to each other , they can eke out a common ground factor to get along . If Asu is denied Öyku coz of Demir and Asu not seeing eye to eye years ago , then it can be justifiable , Cemal going for revenge today , coz of a past

Why this hostility towards her mum , this kid . Don't tell me she's carrying a burden of being abandoned ? . As she drew her dad to liking her , she shd do the same towards her mum . You can't rectify a past , but it helps shape a today and tomorrow .

This part , I feel is quite "irrelevant" ( Öykü's hospitalization ) . Am not a DOCTOR , but av been a patient . This Doctor is misleading me as a viewer and Demir , Candan and the rest are blinded by emotions and don't want to face a truth . Let's analyze it this way , the gal bit an apple and instantly becomes unconscious and how did the other "illness" , surface , only to smother down less than twenty minnits later ( duration tween school , ambulance ride and operating room) . As one sees , she's totally fit and raring to go ... , you can't recover that fast from a 'cronic' illness ( even if it's a kid) , energy is totally drained .

I agree, although the scene might be a metaphor or reference to her actual illness, same goes with the book they read everynight "The Little Prince". In the play you see how her father (referencing the prince) saves the princess (by taking her to the hospital) kinda lets the viewer know the father's place in Oykus life.
