Dear Julie I find first this Chanel about the renovation of this house and then I learn and follow the other channels. I am from Florence, I'm 66 and would like to buy a house in the north of Tuscany, near Sarzana, Carrara or Aulla. So one saturday at the beginning of October a take a ride with the car around and visit some of these beautiful villages on the hills between Apuane, Val di Magra and Lunigiana. And yes I go to Fivizzano too! It was the first time and I have to thank you so much because this is really a stunning borgo. I shooting a lot, the piazza, the church and I was so happy when walking around I suddenly see your adorable little house! ❤️❤️❤️ You are so an inspiration for all the positive energy and curiosity that you share always in your beautiful channels.

You have done an amazing and beautiful restoration and renovation of a sweet home. You should be so proud of yourself and the many family members and friends and artisans that have contributed to your vision on the way. That have believed in you and contributed to the vision you saw. This is yours, not an ancestor, ( yours or anyone else’s) but your vision. I have watched since you started airing this beautiful home. I have watch you lovingly restore and respect when you had to change anything. You have truly done such a beautiful job, you should be so proud. This was you, not anyone else, your vision. ❤️❤️❤️

So glad you found a beautiful home in Italy. You and Luke need a place you can relax and escape the exciting goings on at Mapperton for a few days ever so often. I love your videos, especially Mapperton -- I am Anglophile who lives in Virginia.

Wonderful recap! Congratulations on a beautiful job. I have often wondered if there was any reason why you couldn’t hang the laundry on the terrace. Others’ views etc.
