True. Lots of mental health problems getting worse and confusing that person because they don’t know they have a sickness. Mental sickness is just as same as physical sickness. For physical sickness is easy cause you can see you getting fever etc, but it’s hard to handle mental sickness if you never know you are sick.

Jiwon's ability to concentrate on games is also an ADHD trait. It's called hyperfocus. It's almost like you're posessed and you can't stop doing the thing that you're doing (it's usually with the things that bring you joy - just like the Doctor said, it brings dopamine to the brain). I hope this realization will help him!

I think the big plot twist for viewers is that Heechul was the normal one!😁 How Heechul can't be silent reminds me when his mom said he used to be a chatterbox following her and keep talking to her when he was a kid😅 I hope Jiwon and Jongmin take care of themselves more✌

they did not say he was the normal one. he shows every possible sign he has hyperactivity and severe moodswings. the doctor said he must be intelligent and because of that he could have "tricked"/ lead the outcome of the computertest. so yeah i do think he should also be testing further. jiwon shows autism signs as he is not interested in other peoples business. is it he is depressed because society has expectations he is not seeing the reasons for but also feels pressure (especially in a country like sk where they wamnt everybody to be social and high-achieving) hope they all find the help they need :)

Oh Heechul definitely has ADHD. He could be the poster boy, as he ticks all boxes. I don't know what test they did, but you can fool a test if you're smart enough. Which he is. And that's why you should see a psychologist and not just do a test. Also why the doctor is there, so she can observe their behaviours and compare them with the results from the test. However, I do wonder if he could have something else too. He's way too particular about certain things for it to be only ADHD...

The results are very accurate to what they show in the programs when they participate. Jiwon really changes how he behaves a lot depending on who is around him, I feel like he just becomes more relaxed when he's around a member of "New Journey to the West" When he is not with someone from the cast, he uses his experience, but you can see that he uses it more for slapstick humor in these cases.

I don't really like the fact that they're making ADHD out to be like this terrible thing... I mean, as someone who has it, it does have a share of difficulties, and being borderline is kind of difficult if you don't know that you're borderline. But once you realize that you have ADHD, it's a lot easier to maintain. However, as someone who also has depression, my heart goes out to Jiwon. Cause I totally understand just not being able to understand yourself, but having to act like you do. Having someone like a therapist or a psychologist unveil your feelings, even for a little bit, is stressful but relieving cause it helps you understand.

‘Get rid of depression and love yourself’ is a stupid statement. People with depression can’t just ‘get rid’ of their depression even if they want to. Many take medication and seek therapy with professionals and still have depression. Don’t even add on the phrase ‘love yourself’. TV programmes should be careful of what they present to the public.

😅 I have adhd. It's freeing when you figure out how your brain works, and then you can get it to work for you rather than fight against it. It's an advantage for creatives and entrepreneurs. But it's really important to have the proper nutrition and get the sleep you need! If you treated a Porsche the way you treat a Hyundai accent you're going to have problems, same with your brain - it's going to take more maintenance and care than a neurotypical, but worth it as long as you care for it properly! 😉

Often depression can be a comorbidity of ADHD because we're criticized a lot and people seem to not see the effort we put in, and we assume life is this difficult for everyone but we just aren't good enough to handle it as well. ❤ To any ADHDers who need to hear it, you're not lazy or careless. In fact, ADHD can be your superpower when you work with your 🧠 😉🦸🏻‍♀️

I'm not sure I have ADHD, but I have some of the symptoms, especially for sleeping. I need to tire myself out to sleep properly, and it's quite hard on daily basis as my line of work is not very active. How do you manage your sleep?

How do one take care of it ? The last time i went to see a doctor abt AdHd which i thought i have ,he just gave me pills without actually testing me,so i never took them and went to another doctor ,but i really wannna know if i have and anything i can do abt it ?

I hope they all get therapy, and if the government allows, appropriate medication. They should also be tested for Autism as it often goes hand-in-hand with ADHD. At the end of the day, it’s not a bad thing to know how your brain works. But it is a very bad thing to do nothing about it. Undiagnosed or untreated people with ADHD and Autism have a much shorter lifespan due to the depression and impulsivity that goes along with not understanding yourself and other people not understanding you. I’m really hope these guys take it seriously and get proper treatment. ❤

it's great that they got tested, but i want to emphasize what other comments say that having ADHD isn't a bad thing. they edit it as if it's a disease or something, but it's just a test to determine how your brain works differently. and once you understand yourself better, you can start learning what makes you happy based on your differences.

They have to have other measures for diagnosis in korea 😮 😂 than the rest of the world. 😯🤷‍♀️ Heechul definitely has the typical traits for male ADHD and other emotional disorders. And to say that Heechul doesn’t have it because he is intelligent is just laughable. I mean there are studies on ADHD done all over the world, some of the commen traits are intelligence and genius creativity.

Doctors can get diagnoses wrong lol. Besides you would have to do more repeated testing over a period of time to get a proper diagnosis. Several mood disorders can take at least 6 months of repeated sessions before the psychiatrist/psychologist feels confident enough to diagnose since a lot of disorders have overlap. All of these episodes where they see these specialists should not be taken as the be all end all of medical history for the people involved

I think the results were different if not Hechul only, but everyone started a drawing. So It had to have 3 sheets, not only one. Besides, Jongmin is not good at all at drawing, this is why he added bodyes only. I don't think the testes they took are accurate.
