If you think long and hard about the lyrics, you realize that the song is REALLY messed up. It’s basically saying to be one, or be the outcast. It has such a brainwashing method of making is seem good, of it being happy. However, it’s a sick manipulation of making it easy to be happy. Like look at their town. It’s literally just an equal sign, but also facing eachother. You never get privacy, you’re never behind or infront of someone, you’re all the same.

And when u really look at this this episode made me feel reminded of Adolf Hitler and Charles manson cult. This is exactly how cults works but in a cleaner way of mlp world. But what I enjoy on this show is how it teaches kids not just about friendship but it also teaches us right from wrong but also I think twighlight is a bit too naive of how reality works with friendship cause other ponies had shown her how bad world is with the wrong types of friends
