+Feathered Phoenix Ahh, that little trick is made on Adobe Photoshop... Which is complicated software, and unfortunately not an app :/ It's very time-consuming, as it has to be edited frame-by-frame... It takes HOURS of practice to get used to, but one you learn your way around, it's pretty fun :)
