I’m a bit disappointed we won’t be getting the same VAs, but I’m hopeful to see what they’re going to do and I hope they do a good job replicating the voices! Also I’m personally more excited for the 3D show, as I don’t really care to much for slice of life, funny, Cal Arts style shows since they REALLY annoy me. (Looking At you TTG)

Not really I would be is the original voice actors where voiceing them and I don't have Netflix so I won't be able to watch the Netflix series😭 but its ok 😑

Me too. Even though I knew to expect a different voice cast in My Little Pony: A New Generation's follow-up series, Make Your Mark, because it was being produced by Atomic! Cartoons, which is a different production company than Boulder Media, I know a lot of live-action TV shows - The X-Files, Supernatural, Eureka, Bates Motel, The Flash - which are based in Vancouver, but are able to incorporate actors from both Vancouver and Los Angeles in them and usually use actors they know from Los Angeles in the main cast. This also applies to the movies Descendants and Sausage Party, and get this - Sofia Carson got to play Evie in Descendants before she was Pipp Petals in A New Generation! My point is, if Sausage Party is an animated production that could get some voice actors from Los Angeles and Vancouver together in the same film, Make Your Mark to not do the same thing if any of the film's five main voice actors were willing to make that time commitment. I would have loved to hear Kimiko Glenn and James Marsden voice their A New Generation characters again in the Make Your Mark series. March 6, 2022, 8:18pm

Kimiko Glenn isn't Canadian so she can't reprise her role due to Canadian law only Canadian voice actors can be in Canadian shows in this case the show is recorded in Toronto

@@thinskin i heard that Canada have law that says the voice actors should be Canadian it's also happened in G4 but they able to get Tara Strong to play Twilight due to her Canadian-American dual citizenship

@@muhamadfawwazabhinaya9291 Even so, those voice actors had a lot more experience and general skill under their belts. Hasbro has gone for people with almost no experience, and it shows. Especially in the songs, which I have noticed are far lower quality than those of G4.
