Wow, I just watched a sample of this and I am impressed, I am definitely adding this to my watch later list. And you did a fairly good job with the voices (sometimes they came across as kind of muffled or something, but for all I know it could be because of my computer, headphones, or perhaps KZbin doing something to the audio). Wonderfully done considering the medium, I normally am not into the "toy" videos but you caught my attention and had me hooked with your nice use of voices and special effects. My only real complaint is that aside from the beginning and end of the video you didn't use much of the "Nutcracker" music, which is one of the things that I love about the story the lively Russian Dance, The beautiful and emotional Waltz of the Flowers, etc. I'd like to see what you could come up with those pieces. And once again to you and yours a very Happy Holidays.

Thank you very much! I'm so glad you enjoyed it! I cannot say how much I *wanted* to use all of the music from the Nutcracker Suite but, alas, most of it is copyrighted :( I used what I could.

@@MLPFeverYT For realsies? I would have thought that the original music would have made it into the free-domain thing by now, seeing as it was written over a hundred years ago. I mean if you were using say the Mannheim Steamroller or Trans-Siberian versions I could understand there being some possible issues.

@@benberlin57 The complications arise from the fact that people own the rights to certain recordings, and the content ID matches even the free-to-use recordings to one of these, thus making it a copyright battle to use it. It's just not worth all the time and work, so I use only music from the youtube audio library.

@@MLPFeverYT That's too bad, and frankly, I find it troubling (for lack of better words) that the copyright rules have become so convoluted and seem to be geared for the highest bidder (as it were). I just thought of something (and if you've considered these ideas already feel free to ignore this comment) if you had a CD of the music you could upload it onto whatever computer device you have and go from there or there is a website called tubeqo that is basically a search engine in itself for music and videos and so long as you are not directly profiting off of this video I don't think it would be an issue. But then again my knowledge of copyright law is rather basic so yeah take this with a healthy dose of salt.
