ok so I have the same problem, but I figured out what to do. First thing first: The thing behind the door is a free lvl 17 upgrade to the pickaxe, if you can't open the door because of the glitch then don't worry you can still upgrade your pickaxe for the cost of 1.0 K planks, 1.0 K iron beams, and 5.0 K gold coins on Dimidium planet IMPORTANT: don't waste your keys that you get from other planets to open the door.

Yup. I was spending so much time on gathering resources off screen. I should of slow down a bit. But remember to keep gathering resources even when you get to the portal so you be ready when the portal opens

Not sure there was a lot of glitches back then and keys were replaced after there was updates

My game glitched how do I fix it? I had all 3 keys in my inventory and when I went to put the 3 keys to get the pick axe only 2 went in and the 3rd disappeared and I checked all 3 locations where I found the keys and there was nothing there

That's weird. Did you check if there was an update? If not try checking the three locations again. And check your inventory

@@Game_On I checked my inventory and there is no key there I’ve tried to go to it to try and deposit a key and it says I have 0 and what do you mean an update? And update to the game? But I’ve checked 3 times each location of the keys and I restart the game multiple times and I even made sure to wait a couple minutes at each location to see if the key would spawn

@@maxdelatorre2243 yes, check to see if there is an update for the game. If not then I'm not sure what happened to the key. Did not run into any issue with the key missing. Hopefully the keys pops up somewhere 🙏

Same issue like yours. I was sure that I went to all mines. All are now greyed out and don't have the floating keys anymore. What i do remember is that after going to the 1st or 2nd mine, I went to the locked door and provided the keys there. But when I finally got the 3rd key, it's as of I never surrended any keys in the door in the first place. Weird bug.

I did not upgrade my Pickaxe. My Pickaxe was level 13 then I got the blue pickaxe

To keeps ads off you need to play in airplane mode, but you won't be able to get the free resources by watch ads until you turn on your data again
