Man, I would love to watch BluMaan more with that hair. I am growing my hair since beginning this year and have almost the same hair length (Maybe 3 Months longer). I have learned how to style it a bit but still have issue with dryness and frizz. I love his hair. I watched this video more then 10 times already to perfect my technique

​@@ytuser7996 Sorry to only wirte now. I still have firzzy hair often, but it helps to just use some kind of wax or so. Maybe first leave in conditioner and then to "wax" the poofyness to a more combined look His product is to expensive for me unfortunately and I use some cheap one from edeka :D

Honestly I like his natural no product hair. It’s thick, flowy and looks damn good. The natural look is superior I think.

You are right. This guy is respectable for all the efforts and love for the field but he’s only about 5-6/10 in terms of aesthetic. Basically, people with below his standard will watch and take after him. I personally and objectively think that despite his decade long of being in the game he has had zero good-looking hairstyle. It’s sad but it is what it is. I still respect him for his pure love for hairstyling though.

The 1:39 look is much more superior to the rest of his video. He should work however he likes to have the end-product look similar to that and better. The 7:15 one is a BAD hairstyle and i wouldn’t walk outside with that. Experiment indoor only

Also really enjoyed the mullet styles he tried out, they work really well with his sharper features and longer face. "objectively" is bullshit and you can stop trying to sound like you are doing this guy a favour for shitting on his looks.

@@yuvrajsandhu07 they are really different products. Monarch matte paste is somewhere between a paste and clay to me. Original is a great prestyler. Joe in his older videos shows a lot of how to use. IMO best on damp hair then blow-dry into place. Leaves a matte textured look. But then use something else as a finishing product (just a little bit) to finish it off.

Good to have you back joe - I had a few inches longer hair than you during covid lockdown. I used to do a mid part and put a snap back cap on my head backwards for about an hour or 2 to flatten my thick poofyness that’s very similar to yours. I recommend giving it a Shot as it look’s pretty good in my opinion 😊

Hey Joe, I can’t thank you enough! I’ve been having problems with blow drying my hair forever, 30 years now. I have nice hair (so my barber says 😊) but the hairline is all cowlicks, and could never ever control it. But I saw your video ( which I can’t find anymore 🫤) on blow drying long hair, so tried the blow drying side to side, and then the cool air, and it looks amazing, for the first time ever! I have very similar hair length and almost identical hair type and have found texture powder to be the best product to create a textured flow and the hair stays in a similar shape all day. Even after a workout/running!
