Hi Claudia! Just wanted to thank you for recommending Reviv Lash. I just received my 2nd order. It's made SUCH a positive difference for my eyelashes. I had good eyebrows but it's even made them better. My eyelashes were very sparse and they look so full now. I haven't had any irritation at all of my eyes, either. Thanks again!

Hi Claudia, great Pm Longevity Routine. I am right the opposite as I intermittently fast. I can’t eat late in the evening as it always causes bad dreams. So, I never eat anything past 5pm ( except maybe half an apple or something with high protein). Isn’t it amazing how different each person is? I too wear Blue light blockers when on my I pad and or phone. My blue light blocking eyeglasses have really made a huge difference. Thank you so much for bringing us along. It’s so good to see precious Sammy out enjoying walking and enjoying red light therapy along with you. I love to read from The Bible before going to sleep and also I play a word game a few times before turning my lamp off and closing my eyes. Have a blessed rest of your week Claudia. This was such a chill video to watch! I just got home from a colonoscopy and couldn’t focus on doing anything useful around the house but loved watching your routine (while a little high on propofol 😂). Have you done research on hyperbaric oxygen therapy? My hospital said they are doing studies on it to help inflammation and healing. I always try to compliment my medical treatments (for IBD) with more natural healing methods for the best of both worlds. I love learning about your natural treatments!

As always, I love your video. Thank you so much for sharing with us! I have a long question about the mask. Ive been using a hard LED mask for a couple of years but it needs to be worn for 20 minutes. I prefer the idea of 10 so I'm debating getting a panel or 2 mask set up like you show above. I'm between omnilux, current body and the Maysama (I like the piece under the neck). Is there a reason you chose that one over others? And any link for the glasses? Sorry for such a long post. Thanks in advance😊
@claudiaglows2 күн бұрын
Hi, I’m glad you enjoyed this video and thank you so much for being here. I think if you have the patience to stand in front of a panel, then that’s definitely nice, since you get so much more exposure. Or as you mentioned, you could get two different masks. I didn’t choose the ones I have for any particular reason, often companies were sent me something to Test, but the one I prefer the most Maysama. It has pulse light technology, and the neck one has , as you mentioned, a little submental pod, which is nice Current body just came out with a new face mask, that also has that submental part. Really was the mayor brands you can’t go wrong, it’s just what is your preference and how much do you want to spend?

Oh man, I am struggling with Peri orbital dermatitis right now in such a big way. I've never had it before, and it's been pretty miserable. I've cracked from the corner of my mouth down to my chin. I've been peeling. I've tried so many different things and now I'm just down to a barrier repair serum and a balm. I can't use any skin care devices or anything right now. It's interesting that you say that about fluoride toothpaste but the problem is is I tried to quit it before maybe about 10 years ago and I go to the dentist three times a year and during the time I was off fluoride, I developed a number of cavities even though I hadn't had a cavity since I was a teenager and had braces taken off. So I'm hesitant to try that again. I think what I'll do is just be really careful about the toothpaste going down my face.

You can definitely break it down and travel with it. It folds up to the size of a massage table, or suitcase. It would be too big for carry-on, but you can definitely check it. It does come with a nice caring bag, sort of like a soft suitcase

Thank you for this video Claudia. I am so impressed with how determined and diciplined you are, that is really an inspiration. My evening routine is simple, I use different serums and creams with AHA and retinoids in it, along with moisturizers and body oil. For some reason, my body is reacting strange to body lotion, it doesn't sink into the skin! But oils do the trick. I use a Norwegian skin care brand from Linda Johansen, her products have all the good stuff in them. I would like to try tretinoin, but it would take me a lot of effort to see a dermatologist to get the prescription, so I haven't tried out that one yet. But I understand Tretinoin is a holy grail product. I might buy Advanced Night Repair from ZO again soon, that one is good for my skin and the melasma and so on.. I am also very strict with my sleep, I try to go to bed and get up of bed at the same time every day, I need a good night sleep to be able to manage through the day. If I have bad sleep my day is kind of destroyed. I try to practice intermittent fasting, and I have to eat a little late to avoid waking up hungry. So then I try to start eating late too to have a 16 hour fast. I use lavender oil for the bedrom in a diffuser to helt calm down and sleep. The only place I use it is in the bedroom, so I will have a sensation of peace and calm when I smell that scent. Some times I also use a perfume that I only use when going to bed, that one also makes me calm and relaxed. It is just a spicy scent from Yves Rocher, nothing fancy and expensive. I hope Sammie is still feeling good and is healthy, and I wish you both wonderful days to come. It is always nice to see her. ❤

Claudia, I wonder if an Epsom salt bath can take the place of sauna. I take a bath almost every single night with Dr. Teals, or Epsoak, epsom salts. I sit in the bath for usually at least an hour and do all my skin care and washer and usually put on a mask of some sort. It definitely raises my core temperature. Do you think that might have the same effects as sauna?
