Newer Cadillacs generally aren't full time awd. My dad has a XT6 rite now and it goes between awd and 2wd depending on the load. And I'm 99% sure you can set it manually. XT5s also have the same feature, so I'd assume a similar year range Escalade would have similar features.

@@dedricbullock5567 i had a bent pushrod so I didn't do the delete yet. I've been full time v8 for around 45k miles on the same tune. If your afm lifters take a dump on you, any money saved on fuel will be put to the delete kit and then some. If you do the delete though get a mild cam since you'll be in there deep or have the motor out anyway

Yes it is. BTR can get you fixed up
