same thing happened to me but i heard that they might remove rocket racing in chapter 6 of fortnite (2025) and then trading and trade ups will be back

this is a theory (not mine), but in the game files there is code that implies ptp trading coming back. Items available in Fortnite are trade locked to prevent trading to get items in Fortnite (supposedly). Then again it could just be a bug :/
