do the fixing tints stay on for a long time? and do they stain well? ive wanted to buy them but ive seen people say that it doesnt last very long

So the shades I got are pale colors like nude and light mauve which don't stain. Apparently, darker colors from the range like Cranberry Plum and Soft Walnut leave a strong stain and people have commented saying those colors last longer.

I like your videos but they would be better if you used natural lighting instead of this dark-ish filter or whatever it is. Also, applying the lipstick on bare lips would help us know the shades better

Natural light don’t work for everyone. You don’t have the control over the lighting. Some days are gloomy and other days are way too bright. The weather in Chennai is hot and unmanageable. And there is no “darkish” filter in my videos. Idk if you are talking about my lighting. There is so much creativity involved in my production which I love and cannot even imagine giving it up. The lipstick I applied washes me out so obviously I am gonna use a lip liner.

​​​@@yolked_The twisting of words and denial is not what I expected. No one is denying that your videos are creative or nice to watch. No one is also denying that Chennai is hot and humid. That doesn't mean Chennai looks dark like your videos. One of the biggest ways to succeed as a MUA or a content creator or even as a human being is to have an open mind and listen to people's constructive criticism instead of being defensive and inflexibe about what you're doing. Yes, I can very well see you're trying to go for a certain pleasing aesthetic, but I just felt that product reviews are best done in natural lighting for people to know if those products would suit them before making a purchase online. Maybe you could use natural lighting for reviews and this dark lighting for your normal videos. That's one way you could tackle this, but that's only when you see it as a problem, which you don't right now. And when I said bare lips, I obviously didn't mean to say you shouldn't use a lip liner. I just felt like you already has some colour on your lips before the review. I could be wrong, of course.

I didn’t twist anyone’s words here. I gave a very sincere reply. Instead of giving people false hopes, I just made it clear that playing with studio lights satisfies my creative hunger. And I just made it clear that there is no “filter” in my swatches. You should look at my posts in the community page. I post natural light hand swatches for the products I review (which I don’t have to but I know how much people wish to see natural light swatches which is why I started posting it). And I tried to include natural light swatches in my recent long-form video. Idk if you watched my Colourpop video. I am very much open to constructive criticism. If I didn’t care, I wouldn’t have replied.
