i dont think that splashyard is a bad match up for queen-bow because evo knight and queen doesnt die to poison barb-barrel (the barb needs to hit the queen once). Also it might be easy to catch splashyard off guard in single if they have a bad cycle.

And i assume that if you abuse the archer queen ability value and the 3 card cycle while she is on the field to apply enough pressure and block the bridge with the knight it wont be easy for splashyard to get decent pushes. Im not saying its x-bow match-up but its sure as hell aint a 100-0 for splashyard.

They should make the xbow target tower priority but less health and 30s, which would make it much more unique and aggressive and you can still play defensive xbow that hits troops.
