Yeah...always admired that sweet simple looks. ..even toned glowing complexion not if dark or fair.....silky hair whether straight or non...maintained with the weekly oil and herbal powder baths.. Just kajal and lipstick..bindhi..costume jewellery...either salwars, churidars or sarees... The look...wow..!!!

Check your diet, eating and sleeping habits...the best makeup product is a healthy digestive system, sufficient sleep at least 6 hrs..8 glasses of water..the good old fashioned way...simple exercises..the ones we did as kids...walking or simple yoga...

The hard water is good for the complexion...home cooked meals r most healthy... Rather than investing in makeup...best to invest in nourishing food..taken regularly and in moderation..moderate exercise..yoga does wonders n can b done in minimum space.. Nvr skip meals...gastritis leads to dull skin, ..hair fall..receding gums, dental caries...due to lack of absorption of nutrients...
