The stove might have a CONVECTION setting. That would make it like an air fryer because it will have a fan on the back wall of the oven. But it won't have a button that says 'air fryer'.

Your recipe for bread pudding is very similar to the way my mother made it. Except, She always made hers with a combination of leftover bread, cinnamon rolls, or donuts (whatever was available) that had become to dry to eat so that it wouldn't be wasted!Raisins were usually added but sometimes crushed pineapple instead of Raisins was added & before putting in oven, she always sprinkled nutmeg over it. I still like bread pudding, made some last week with some stale dry raisin bread! Wow, that purple oven is pretty wild!!! I would have a terrible time trying to cook on your new stove since I have never had or used anything but a gas/propane stove! Happy Eating!!!♥️♥️✝️🙏

This is how I have always made my bread pudding. There is also a southern variation where you can add crushed pineapple to the mix and it is so delicious!

Mawmaw put a foil pan in the bottom of your oven to save it from spills. I just recently started doing that because I hate cleaning up spills in my oven. You can just leave it in the oven all the time and change it when it gets gross

The foil has to be thick heavy duty foil, or it will burn in to your oven and you will not be able to remove it.
