So much of this is my story too. Thank you so much Donna. I can see how much you've suffered and my heart really broke at listening (and feeling) your pain. With this video, you're helping to foster a community of people who care. Thank you so much, this has been extremely insightful and informative for me as I grapple with my first 4 months into the low-HI lifestyle. Big hugs from Zurich, Switzerland. Xx

I also went through this...the answer. Its the limbic system that is gone haywire. You need to recalibrate it. It regulates everything. Your gut health and digestion food sensitivity all kinds of sensitivities. When your nervouse system is heightened it goes haywire. People are chasing symptoms and trying to heal the gut. That's backwards. We need to calm the nervous system and recalibrate it then lock it in by rewiring our brains with neuroplastic methods. Bring everything back to baseline. A hard reset. The reason your limbic system is going haywire is because you had a perfect storm and events leading up to it. Stressful job, loved one passing, toxic relationships, anger, flu shots, medication, infection, covid, lyme, mold, anything that can put a load to your body adds stress. That stops the body from working efficiently and it goes haywire. When you are back to baseline we can handle most of these things. Our digestion goes back to working probably with ease and the biome balances itself. Sibo and leaky gut is all nonsense. Big scam. Its not the food.. it'd the fear association that the limbic system puts on any sensitivity we have. We keep the cycle going by fear and avoidance and by using antihistamines. We teach the brain to keep that system or pain or sensitivity firing. Cycle continues. It's like a bucket that needs to be drained. There is a program that shows you how to do it called dnrs. All the research we've done goes out the window. Trust the process and regain your health and life. Trust me on this.

Lymbic system is only a piece of the puzzle - but the actual root cause is the mitochondrial damage and Methylation. Methylation is what drives ALL of that. Healing Methylation is what will help reset the body by rebalancing the biochemicals and bring the body back to homeostasis. DNRS will not help fix gene mutations/SNPs in methylation. However, you're absolutely correct about having to reset the nervous system as well.

Have you healed? Using DNRS? I can tell that the ANS goes haywire much more easily when you have bad genes, toxins and poor methylation. Some people just take stresses of life so much easier - I've been sensitive since I was a little kid and noticed that mind techniques do very little for me if not completely nothing.

You are right, though, about stress affecting the gut, it makes it leaky and causes inflammation.

How can I heal my gut ?

watch the Histamine video where I explain the process, but it will also include healing methylation, changing diet, juicing etc and supporting the functions that help keep your gut healthy.
