It completely depends on the course you are going to pursue andi, and area that you are going to live. Also, if you are taking full loan and completely depending on part time jobs, then I would suggest its not best time. But if you have financial plan where you can adjust financials even if you don't get part time for months and if you already have work experience and you are confident enough that you will achieve a desired job and future here then you can come! I hope answered your question 🙂
