i get that the trailer was trying to show how they now interact with each other. But they could've also fluffed the numbers a lil bit by showing the full potential since this would be the equivalent of a PoE Modifier going from Increased to More, so low Bonuses won't do it justice. E.g Assuming you could get a 80% Xp Bonus from other sources like campfire, etc (idk how high you can really go) 1000xp * (1.8x Total XP Bonus + 0.2x Seasonal Bonus) = 2000 xp VS (1000xp * 1.8 = 1800) 1.2 = 2160 xp which ends up being a 8% xp increase. It looks a bit better and gives a better visual of the realistic impact. (People stacking xp boosts) Still really not something to write "Level much faster though"

Its not editors problem Well, not only editors problem Because if to consider that math would be correct that would be a proud: "Quality Life Improvement! Now you get 1440 exp instead of 1400 exp! Get +3% exp more!" So I think that whoever did that math really believes that they will increase exp from 1040 to 1400. Quin always does this. Of course he's going to play D4 on its seasonal launches just like so many of the other ARPG players will, and it'l entertain him for a week during which he'll defend the game and rile up the PoE Andy's. The cycle will repeat every 3 months ad nauseum for 2-3 years when D4 goes into permanent maintenance mode.

Not defending but it looks like the second one is correct, they just don't present it (mathematically) correctly. I don't play D4 but this looks like the bonuses in Wargaming titles, (World of Tanks etc.) where "Elixer bonus" and "seasonal blessing" both give a 1.2x bonus (or 20%) to base xp, but are additive not multiplied. 1000 x 1.2 = 200 so you get 2 bonuses of 200 points added to 1000, so 1000+200+200=1400. Looks like they tried to "make it simple" by separating 1000+200=1200 but made it look like its supposed to get multiplied again. Took me weeks to figure out wargamings bonus scheme when i played those games long ago. The first one looks like it was just they put a 40% bonus instead of 4%, a simple typo, but again presents a horribly wrong equation on the screen. Again not defending, as the editing of the video is inexcusable for a company this size, just trying to offer some insight as to why the numbers on the screen are mostly (just one extra 0 and a syntax error) correct.

Always possible the bonuses are additive, not multiplicative, getting the 1400 xp in the graphic. Instead of 1000 x 1.2 x 1.2, it could instead actually be calculated as 1000 x (100% + 20% + 20%). Could be exactly the same before and after at 1400 xp.
