Hi everyone, I hope your all keeping well.
I was really unsure on weather to film this video or not, because I am really putting myself out there and what I was/currently going through. But I thought this was the perfect time to tell people on who I AM and its perfectly okay to go through bad times in your life. By going through bad times, it makes you who you are.
I really hope that I have reached out to people who are struggling with mental health. Trust and believe, you will come out the other side.
I got professional help through my Doctors and I received the best therapy. Please take that first step, trust me its very scary, but therapists are amazing people and they have literally turned my life around.
