It was insane to watch his farewell today after watching his channel grow and watching his own personal growth on his channel. And you’re absolutely right, his legacy began ages ago. Great work as always on the video. A great message to Brian and to everyone watching. He will be missed so very much.

Brian is like America’s Steve Irwin. He has impacted so many people in ways he will never know which will be part of his life’s legacy to us all. For me he was the channel I turned to first when my depression was low and it helped lift me up. Brian you will be missed in so many ways. My heart goes out to you, your family, the reptile army, your friends and the millions of followers around the world. You are so loved and will be so missed but know that your legacy will be there in the hearts and minds you touched and in the reptile army as they continue in your footsteps. Your army of followers will still be here to remember you and watch the progress of the things you built. Go softly on angels wings ❤

This is a tough one.😔 I remember how upset I used to get when I started watching his vids years ago. I always thought he was just show boating for the clicks. Over the years, I realized that I misjudged him, and that he was just a naturally good, caring, and positive person. And that he genuinely cared about the animals and the hobby as a whole. He was, and will continue to be an inspiration for all of us. You did a great job expressing your feelings Tim. I know his family will appreciate your heartfelt well wishes. R.I.P. Brian. You were one of the good ones. Thanks for the memories.🙏

Wonderful video Tim, was almost as emotional watching this as I was watching Brian's video this morning. I wasn't expecting this kind of update from him so soon. Maybe another month or so, not days. I wish him peace and his family healing. I never got to say goodbye to my grandmother and its been eating away at me here and there for years because days before she passed I had missed a message from her. I responded that day, but she never responded back. What if I messaged her again or sooner? I eventually started believing that when we pass we have an understanding of the people in our lives. That she is at peace and knows my childhood and current struggles and is here for me, giving me the support I need to keep making the next right steps to reach my goals. Take care Tim and everyone else who reads my comment. Love yourself. Love every day because it is such a wonderful gift to be around such amazing people❤

It’s so heartbreaking to be suddenly loosing such a huge part of the reptile community and our lives. I learned a TON from Brian when I first started getting into snakes and breeding… every day opening up KZbin and going straight to his channel. I loved how transparent he was about everything. His passion was outdone by no one. I always say if you can really, really, really make a difference in one persons life, you left your footprint. Brian had an impact on thousands if not hundreds of thousands of people. After watching his last few videos, I knew his time on earth was short. To wake up to the video, my heart sank and I’ve had a knot in my stomach all day. My condolences to his “rock” Laurie and his family and friends. 8:30

I don't care if he had like certain bad aspects that he was known for because I have heard like he was in situations where he didn't treat some of the animals. The best way the thing of the matter is nobody deserves this kind of death. And it's sad because the reptile community is very douchebaggish. When it comes to judging people easily . I think it definitely shows that we should respect one another. And there's more than one way to take care of certain reptiles.

Tim, it was so hard to watch the video, especially as it took us through each stage of his illness. So sad and devastating, but man, even in the end, he still makes you feel joy and hope. He definitely left an impression on me when I was a younger man afraid of snakes. As I watched him, it slowly took that fear away.. it got me to the point where I even keep venomous snakes because I realize while they must be respected, they don’t need to be feared. It’s so hard to know I’m not going to wake up in the morning, hop onto KZbin and hear “good morning, beautiful people” from Brian anymore. Crazy, isn’t it, how someone you’ve met once at an Expo for a couple minutes and have watched for years but barely know can have such an impact on your life? The reality is, the reaper comes for us all in the end, but Brian is being taken from this world too soon… But I know he’s ready for peace. Thanks Tim. It’s up to us to make sure future generations know Brian and what he did for these animals, as well as us.
