My Mic Setting with Genos and Talk

Hi Leigh, firstly, thanks for your great videos- much appreciated. On the T5 i can add vibrato to add to my lousy voice but i can,t find how to do it on my Sx 900. Any suggestions please. Many thanks

Hey Leigh, on the sx900 I noticed registration banks do not recall the mic preset even after selecting mic on the memory section to memorise. Just checking if the Genos has the same issue? The VH setting gets recalled without any issues, however the mic settings do not.

Hi Leigh, thank you for the videos. 3 questions: 1- Are the mic settings similar in SX900 and Genos? 2- Considering that the setups can be different for different singers, where can I find a setting recommendation for using the mic for singing and/or recording? 3- Can I reset my mic back to the factory set up without resetting everything else on the Genos or SX900?

My buddy is having problems using his mic that is plugged into the Genos directly on his PC via Audacity. He installed the Genos Drivers and the sytem recognizes it but it does not recognize the microphone inside of the Genos so it isn't in the recording device list of the Audacity software.. Does he need to enter a certain mode for that or isn't the Genos capable of passing though the mic signal to the PC?

Genos 1 doesn’t have an Audio card for use like this. Genos2 does.

Hi, I use this mic for singing and/or recording from the keyboard and for creating a duet during the live performance when both my keyboard and the main/other mic go through a mixer. If I keep the mics close to each other, it creates a harmony. That's a big help for a one man band not having a big voice 😊 This requires some setting adjustments specially with the volumes and EQ, etc.

how can you record your mic with the music you already have in your Genos. Example, record your vocal and music at the same time? How can you do that? Thanks
