My Millionaire Plan - One Year Later

One year into my Millionaire Plan and I can honestly say that I never worked so hard in my life. All to answer one simple question: Is it possible to 'work at' being a millionaire? Or is it a privilage for only the lucky and privileged.
Well this video goes through what progress I have made over the last year with all the ups and downs with the result of how much I have managed to close to gap between last years £60,000 and my target of £1,000,000.

I realized that the secret to making a million is saving for a better investment. I always tell myself you don't need that new Maserati or that vacation just yet. That mindset helped me make more money investing. For example last year I invested 80k in stocks (with the help of my Financial Advisor of course) and made about 246k, but guess what? I put it all back and traded with her again and now I'm rounding up close to a million.

How do you reconcile putting X amount into your start up and then filtering into your investments vs the school of thought that all of your profits / additional revenue should be going into your start up. I saw on a previous video you mentioned you would even consider selling your vwrl to help finance your business.

I wouldn't disregard SIPPs and LISAs for boomers only, you can access them in their entirety once you reach the right age and they compound 25% faster on the way there (as in you get 25% tax/bonus which then compounds), the tax return/bonus and not having access to them for 20 years is actually why they work, you don't have a choice.

Fabulous video. Congratulations. Just shows , putting in the work and having a plan always pays off👍👍👍 Iam a bit older than you ( 43 ) and started investing from when I was 18 . Got to say the first million pounds, seem to take the longest , after that I have had to bring in wealth managers. Very different when I was dealing with 100's of 1000's . Different ball game . I have a big property portfolio and loads of investments portfolios. My accountants recommend to get professionals to help . Not the cheapest, but worth it . I have about £350K which I look after myself, which is great fun . Hense why I look to KZbin for advice and guidance. Keep the good work up 👍👍👍👍🥂🥳
