We had the same issue on our JCB load all 19 plate, did the same as you filters as it was left in the cold and we thought fuel had waxed Turned out the main wiring loom was being chafed, hope this isn’t your issue as this was done back in January and it’s still causing a headache with other issues now

doesn't sound fun... got it resolved just needed software reset as the injectors basically go into limp mode when that sensor clogs up
