My model railroad dream layout: Spiral track construction (English subtitles)

In this video I would like to show you the upper, second track spiral of my model railroad currently under construction.
This connects the upper staging yard with the visible level, more precisely with the double-track, electrified parade line and overcomes a height difference of almost 20cm in two turns.
I would like to discuss in more detail how I measure the gradient of the tracks on my model railroad.
A test run with the VT 10.5 "Senator" articulated train concludes today's video.

Guten Morgen Jörg du legst ja ein Tempo an den Tag, wann machst du das alles? Ich bin gerade ebenfalls am Optimieren meiner Steigungen wobei ich eine Kombination aus Rampe und Wendel habe. Mit dem Piko Messwagen konnte ich auch keine eindeutigen Ergebnisse erzielen. Meine maximalen Steigungen haben ich mit meiner "schwächsten" Lok ermittelt, wenn diese die Steigungen schafft war alles okay. Wünsche dir einen schönen Sonntag. LG Uwe
