Are there actual restaurants that make good profits and prepare meals just for reservations only? So based on the number of reservations they get for the day will determine their profits. I didn't know restaurants were like this because to me it sounds like a risky business, like if they don't get any reservations then they won't make any profit....... unless I misunderstood what was said at the end.
