I can understand the negativity though. In places like Japan tattoos are associated with crime since the majority of criminals have tattoos because tattoos have historically been used to identify criminals. Even if the tattoo is a work of art, it's still thought of as bad because the more beautiful it is, the more dangerous the criminal is. In that sense, she's not wrong to have a negative reaction...but let's face it, we know it's criminal to ignore your kid

I would say her son is amazing. He even know to learn the details and explain how dangerous it was by using the needle to tattoo someone it’s not that easy at all, it’s requires a lot of skill, but doing that to his mother at first just for to get her attention. I wouldn’t say it wasn’t a good thing, but at least he left some thing that meant so much she decided to keep as well also she is an inspiration was cause her reputation but at least she realize what she’s been doing that she’s been avoiding her son unintentionally and was able to reconcile, even though she had the whole tattoo removed that’s good. It look a little too yakuza way for someone like her, but at least she kept one part of it that means something and that’s fine.
