MY MOM IS FINALLY HERE!!! (first time in Malaysia) 🇲🇾

My parents are here! It is their first time in Malaysia.
They flew 24hr from Toronto, Canada all the way to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
It was their longest flight, and the most they have been away from home.
We picked them up at Kuala Lumpur international airport KLIA, and then went to try roti canai, their first Malaysian food here! We also visited the most famous tourist attraction in Kuala Lumpur, the Petronas Twin Towers. Check out their first impressions of Malaysia, and help us to welcome mom and dad to Malaysia!

I have been on the road for more than 30 years and been to +80 countries. When my brother and his wife and kids asked me where in the world we should holiday together, I also suggested Malaysia. It simply has a very good package when several generations travel together. It's scenic, safe, super friendly and is probably the best place in the world to eat street food. No wonder than I have been to Malaysia more than 25 times myself.

I have stayed in Malaysia for long periods@@awinalya . I work as a freelancer in travel & tourism. And when I am working in Asia, I usually fly to Malaysia when I have time off from work. I have also cycled around the Malaysian peninsula once, spending 2 months in the country seeing most corners of the country on my bicycle.
