Loved this. I agree, Eminem seems to be pretty intense but he's very quick-witted and funny. He does seem reserved but at the same time gives off a strong sense of self-confidence. Apparently he's really kind, humble and down to earth despite his on-stage persona

Ross is a comedian but Em was an established star so it was going to be a real interview. When he first came out he was different, not just his rapping but the sense of humor that he put into his music and videos. It was pretty dry but hilarious. He’s not at all as serious as ppl think, he’s just deadpan. Basically a sarcastic smart ass. If he didn’t like Ross he wouldn’t be there. Great to see a mom/son review!

Hi Max! I've always loved your videos they are super interesting. I think it could also be really interesting if you one day react to interviews from tennis players as some of them have really interesting dynamics as both friends and intense competitors, and I think its something new that you've never really done before. About being an addict, I just want to give my 2 cents: I know addictions runs in my family to some degree. This being said I can spot my behavior, and I notice me getting addicted to sweets, coffee and other stuff. I like the way it makes me feel and this is the dangerous part of every addict. Luckily it is not other drugs I was tempted to try or experiment with and luckily I started coffee way way into the game.

he's said in a song "always hated my smile, mama told me it's goofy...she said if I wasn't so stupid and ugly, I wouldn't always get bullied", so i think it's because he's self-conscious rather than trying to maintain an image

From what I’ve seen on other interviews he is very much uncomfortable with praise lol, you can tell I mean anyone will who was a nobody at first That’s how I see it and how I’d be too, praise and cheers are too much for me personally so I couldn’t imagine getting every time, that’s just me though
