That would be cute/cool!! Let her pick one of these, from a selection of a few or however and just let her fix it up how she would like. That would be a fun video, and I think that's how a lot of people start getting a hang of building in the sims, it gives them a place to start when sometimes an empty canvas can seem a bit intimidating or lack inspiration (maybe, was for me anyway, a long long time ago, lol).

I've decided that EA designs houses to look good from the map, but then the inside has no furnishing to make the houses more affordable for sims. Then they sometimes just forget to try with the little furnishing they do complete

I also think they have a limit on how many things they can put in there so it can run on low-spec rigs. Also for players to add their own stuff in. That's why they look so empty.
