Hey Mey, Just so you know, I am a freelance writer who writes for clients who pay as less as 30 Paisa (Indian Paisa) for each word for a whole travel blog post. I really love your input on copy AI, but given the country I live in, and say I want to generate blog posts, I would opt for myself as a writer, instead of paying over 400 dollars per year. Simply, because I cannot shell out thousands of rupees per year to an AI platform to write. Yup, we writers come cheap at times. 😉

Great video Mey with lots and lots of information. Back in the old days lol around 2004-ish lol. I had websites with affiliate links and made $. Not a lot, it was before the social media craze, so times were slow I need to get back into doing that now and since times have changed so much, I need all the help I can get. I enjoyed this video and look forward to 2023 when you finally get back! Shame on you for leaving us all by ourselves here for a whole month! lol Just kidding, so glad you're taking some time for you & I hope you get some rest and relax. ❤ Oh by the way I was with hosting insiders back then in 2004 (there was a name change, but now back to same I believe). I too tried godaddy but learned fast that I didn't like them one bit. With hosting insiders I could go in and write my own code, or change the html however and when ever I wanted. Loved their hosting! (gosh, hard to believe it's been almost 20 years.. Yikes, I'm a young person trapped in an old persons body!) .. hmm make a good book?.. Oh boy, ADD and tired n rambling.. I have my own website on the Groove platform which has my designs curated and a blog that I write about an overall topic that does include links to other people designs in the same niche, mostly from Zazzle and Redbubble. Didn't think about Etsy, so thanks for sharing that. I've stopped designing and going to be working more on developing the site over the next few weeks.

Is there a way around paying for the shipment to the customer before they pay for their items? 🤔 I'm a bit confused and worried to get started with POD because of this. Pattern designs are something that people will see either through the marketplace, or by your marketing. For me it seemed always easier to focus on marketing a product or a niche of products, rather than the designs. If you're an artist and your patterns have a similar artistic style- you can market by showing yourself as an artist on social media. BUT, as I said- it's easier going by the product or niche of products. For example- a home decor blog would be a niche of products, or even a blog/pinterest account about bathroom decor. You can also open a blog//social media account about all over print dresses, blankets, curtains, - focusing your energy on these specific designs.

Well, it's not something I can flat out answer- as you can have your blog using wordpress, it's just the technology you're using. You can also build a website with shopify and have a blog, same with payhip. I am now exploring the Hostinger website builder, I am mentioning that a bit in the video of coming back, along with a channel discount there. If you haven't got a domain yet, I recommend checking hostinger, they have a special offer in Jan- hostinger.com/mey - it's 75% off and a 10% extra with code MEY I will be doing a tutorial on their website builder in Jan, but you can also use them to host a wordpress website.
