They will destroy them. For ammonia control I have added good amount of bio media which would be enough to control it. Yes sure would think about adding it.

You are gonna face a lot of problems with this tank when these fishes start growing up. Even a 12 feet tank won't be enough to keep all these full sized fishes together. Disappointed. Expected better from you. And I can't believe that you have actually put in a red tail cat in there. But at least you were smart enough to get juveniles to get enough time to fix anything before it goes wrong. So big props for that. Good luck with the tank. Hope I am proved wrong and you can keep them together successfully. Awaiting honest update videos on this tank because a lot of awesome learning content can be made on this tank.

are you going to put a chiller on your tank ? and if you put a chiller how are you going to keep tropical ( warm water)fish together with sturgeon ?

Chiller won't be a good idea as there are other fishes which can go under stress if kept in low temperature.
