Very pretty cards! I love your choice of colors, texture, and design to create such a great collection of cards. The vellum and brush strokes added just the right touch!

Thank you! I thought the vellum would add a little "something" to the style of it somehow. I'm honestly happy it worked out. Thank you so much for watching.

Nice, such a beautiful take on this months kit. That was pretty cool watching Memoirs of a Geisha then making these cards. Good movie. I liked how you meshed Asian and fall together. I love your inspiration and creativity. Thank you

Its one of my favorite things to do. Watching a good movie or show while crafting and recording. Sometimes it does influence the outcome of my cards. I love the movie a lot, it was kind of close to the book (I read it in High School so maybe) lol. Thank you so much for your kind words and thank you so much for watching.

Its really interesting the kinds of ideas that come out of you when you turn on "Memoirs of a Geisha" and light a "Yankee Candle". I also had no idea what you could do with this kit and I am sure there are still a ton of other ideas out there, so I can't wait until I see what other KZbinrs come up with. Its a fun a kit. Thank you so much for your compliment and I am happy I can help inspire♥. I hope I can keep doing that. Thank you so much for watching :)

Asian mid-fall festival is September 24th! The moon factors into the mythology behind the festival; hence, there are moon cakes and rabbits (many cultures see rabbit on hind legs in the moon) as symbols related to the celebration. You should look into it - I think you’d like the history and mythology tied to it. Also, HA has an add-on to the kit specially geared toward the festival.

This is fascinating! Thank you for taking the time to teach. I may have to buy that add-on!
@sevenandthelittlestmew6 жыл бұрын
Katheryn Thames, it’s the CM304 add-on... I don’t see the name on the stamp set, and my husband has already commandeered the box for electronics storage, so the receipt is gone. But it does have the traditional Chinese lanterns, a window, a moon, and two cute bunnies to add to the scene. Really, I love this set, and I’m hoping to explore watercolors more as a result. I’m not very good with them, even though my mom is a watercolor artist! Lol! Anyhoo, hope that helps.

OMG! I am clearly an uncultured swine because I had no clue about this. (Also a bad bunny mom, because I didn't even know about cool mythology involving them) That wasn't one of the add-ons I got but I definitely will buy it now. I am definitely going to look into the mythology behind it because.... well just because. Ahhhhh HOW DID I NOT KNOW?! Thank you so much for the education and thank you so much for watching! :D Very appreciated
