My Mooncat Polish Sale Haul / Swatch and Review

Thank you for sharing! I picked up some holos from Mooncat, they have excellent linear holo flame (Boa Constrictor which is great brown and Venus Flytrap which ended up being not my shade of purpley pink). Also picked up Dragon Scales and two flakie ones - Pomegranate Seeds and Velociraptors.

Nice haul!! I grabbed several during the sale too 😁 Ive always had a good experience with Mooncat, personally. I also got a nice haul from the Cracked Polish sale (still waiting for it to come in) but I like the formula of that brand too and how could I say no to 30% off plus an additional 10% off with an affiliate code!! Its so hard for me to not purchase beautiful polish on sale 😂😂

I now prefer a matte finish on all of my polishes. There was a time I would not even think of it but it just seems that a glossy topcoat takes away from the real beauty of a polish with the glare of light streaks on it if that makes any sense. I feel like a matte finish lets the true beauty of the colors come through with no distractions from a glare.

Very pretty polishes you picked out! I ordered 12 from the sale and the only one we have in common is house of hades. I pretty much picked it for the same reason you said. LOL. All the hype. But it is a nice blue.

I haven’t tried any yet…in my 12 I got both freshly bitten and love bomb and I imagine one of those will be my favorite or possibly enchanted mist which is a gray with color shifting iridescent flakies. You inspired me to pick one of those as my next mani.
