Thank you!! The stickers on my journal, I got from an artist on instagram called jemlington. Sadly she closed her shop and doesn't really post on instagram anymore 😭 Her style is so unique so it's hard to find anything similar. Other than that I buy stickers from Daiso/Seria and Happy Planner.
