Hi everyone! Thank you for your well wishes & kindness through email, DM, & comments!!!! I’m doing a lot better (via neck) and significantly less stressed re: my car - it turns out their initial diagnosis was wrong and they could fix it by changing a bolt. Still on a strict budget for the next few months, but this is primarily to save up for a new car & for any future repairs that Bessie may need to keep her going for many more years (she’s gonna be passed to my sister hopefully in the Spring!)

I genuinely appreciate y’all so much - I don’t usually like to show the days I’m in pain or when I’m stressed, but y’all’s response is so supportive and kind.

I’m only 5 and a half minutes in, but it strikes me how gentle and lovely you are in the language you use towards and about your body. You don’t call it names or judge it, and even though it’s frustrating, you hold such gracious and peaceful space for your body to have its experience 💛 you’re teaching me something big time here 🌸

it's so cute to see you packing the veil orders that the veil I bought was included in! I absolutely adore my veil and love getting the sneak peaks into your morning routines!

Thank you for being so honest about your chronic pain. It's a morale booster just to be reminded that there are others in similar situations who are also doing the best they can to get stuff done. Hope your budget recovered from the car situation!

I know this has probably been said to death but I love that you and Olivia are friends and we (the audience) get to see crossovers. I found both of you kind of around the same time and your videos have brought a lot to my life, so there's a specific kind of "yay!" feeling around the crossover frames. Thank you for sharing so much of your life with us. Also the green headcover is super pretty. ~

Hi Frankie! Thank you for sharing a real side of chronic pains, I also get those neck cricks randomly a couple times a year and I absolutely hate the pain and basically not being able to move my neck at all for a couple days. Those times (and many others) I definitely have to remember to take it slow and that it's ok to just chant "I'll be ok" to make it throughout the day. ❤️✨

Definitely doing better! I was lucky the next morning it was less intense, but after a decent few years of neck issues & my normal gi stuff, I’ve gotten way too good at just muscling through it 😅

Physical therapist here, Frankie...I hope you are better now (I had to pause the video right at the start, because it was actually aching me to see you ache...😅). If it happens so often, please invest in some Arnica oil, and maybe those pads that heat up... I don't know what do you have in the States, I'm writing from Europe, but Arnica Is everybody's best friend, trust me on that!! Also, your package has arrived to the States, hope it'll arrive ti you soon!

Arnica gel is absolutely the BEST for muscle aches and pains and it's non greasy and odor free. Works like a dream. I did on full on face plant here on the sidewalk of NYC. There was any part of my body that didn't hurt. Arnica Gel saved me. Feel better Frankie.

@@susanthompson5142 Arnica is the active principle...I use mostly oils and salves because they are the best for my job, and if you want to relax tight muscles or release them it's better not to use a gel that tends to cool the part you're treating...but if you have a bruise, or you sprained your ankle, go for it!!! Another thing is, never use it on damaged skin, or on cuts, because it can slow down the healing process. (Sorry if not all the words are correct, English is not my first language)
@susanthompson5142

@@annalisalundberg4561 Thank you for the added information. I used the Arnica Gel for bruises and swelling, not on open scrapes or cuts. It immediately relieved the bruising, swelling, stiffness and soreness . It was recommended by my Doctor, as I don't like to take Ibuprofen. 😊

@@susanthompson5142 you are more than welcome! 😊 I absolutely love Arnica, it truly is a blessing...pity that, with the global warming, it's getting difficult to harvest...my job will become way more difficult...

Dude, relatable on your necklace, I had the same thing happen to me last week. Necklace just unhinged itself after my shower the second time, first time it was just unclipped and I had no idea for how long, I'd worked a full day. Cleansed the bejeezus out of it and I've been fine. Really bothered me though, I have a piece of my grandma's jewelry on there and the hand mano, PLUS obsidian. Bothered me a lot lmao. I struggle with neck and shoulder issues from over a decade of warehouse, so I feel you. I'm sorry you have to deal with it, it REALLY sucks and I know that. Hopefully you're much better now!

Hi love your content! Just a quick question as a new witch - is it ok to cast a spell say on your family member to get well when they are ill? I've just read that this is not ok because it messes with their free will! Help - thank you Sim
