Getting dressed and styled early in the morning whatever time class may start is something i should adapt in my life. I am always getting ready around 1 hr before i leave. Most of the time before that, i spend procrastinating, laying around with my phone *sigh*. I'm amazed how you can compartmentalize your attention without getting distracted or "paralyzed" thinking of the details in later activities that most people consider as priority.

Love your routine videos! Tip for adding protein; tofu and beans. A really good vegan breakfast that is rich in protein is tofu scramble :) Just fry up some chopped onions, mushrooms and spinach, add firm tofu that you've crumbled, season with some garlic, soy sauce, nutritional yeast, tumeric, salt and pepper. Really delicious, quick, easy, and keeps you full for a long time :)

Be careful when applying the glow tonic in the am. It makes your skin super sensitive to sun damage, so it’s recommended as a night treatment. Also be careful mixing it with the vitamin c serum. It’s better to separate the two. Sorry to be that person, I just don’t want you irritating your lovely skin.
