I've been struggling to get a consistent quiet time in my physical bible in the morning ever since I started my office job. Even though I'm not at home in the morning, you still reminded me that I can instill good routines.. it's been easy to get discouraged when I compare to when I was able to spend all morning at home. Loved the video!

I love watching slow living routine’s.. I seem to be doing a lot of it!! It’s very peaceful living and relaxing.. Helps me sleep later in the day knowing I’ve got everything done I’ve done all day long.. Helps with my anxiety too.. And definitely makes me live our my main character!!!

About coffee ☕️ I just got a job at a Starbucks kiosk and so far I’ve learned that you should always steam your milk before pulling the espresso shots because you don’t want to it to sit for longer than they say 10 seconds because it’ll start to settle and eventually taste different, but if you add the flavoring to the espresso cup and stir it immediately after it helps it keep its flavor better, and for a latte you’re supposed to aerate (tearing sound) for about 3-4 seconds

I'm from the Caribbean and we always shower twice a day...both morning & night. I always find it interesting that in other regions you choose one of the other.

This is intersting and some days this happens for me in the summer. I don't think twice a day showers is a bad thing because at least for me if I need to do that then 1 of my showers is just a quick rinse-off because I went swimming or worked out that day.

Thank you for the message about the Bible! It is so amazing how God will work in our lives and it is something we all need to talk about more. I am currently trying to recover from one of those times where you struggle to be excited for reading the Bible and quiet time with the Lord and this really inspired me to get to it again. I plan on making a good breakfast tomorrow morning and heading right to my desk and doing some studies on the beautiful word of God as a start if my day. It takes discipline to get into the Word everyday! It’s not easy… thankfully he meets us with grace and mercy in our dry seasons. I started a new full time job, so I’m trying to incorporate a quiet time routine in the morning before I leave for the day, which I actually have plenty of time to do!! Sometimes I feed my flesh rather than walk by the Spirit and choose things that won’t further me! But going to stay consistent in reading and maybe look into the study you mentioned. 💛😊 I’m a night showerer all the way!! I can’t get into my bed feeling gross. I gotta wash off all the funk from the day!!

I love what you shared about your Bible study in Revelation! That is EXACTLY my presumption about that book of the Bible and so I haven’t read it. But you are absolutely right in that truth that we have the Holy Spirit inside us and He helps us to learn and understand His Word! Idc when I wake up i could wake up at 5 am or I could wake up a little before 9 am it doesn’t matter when my Bible study is at 9 am. Although it’s annoying on the rare days in which i come in 10 am cause that mean I can’t do my Bible study at the time that I prefer. I like 9 am Bible study cause that was the time growing up I had Sunday school. Although since I have work on Sunday morning I haven’t been to church in a minute gonna try to attend church online tomorrow (online cause i also have work in the late morning so idk if I’ll be able to attend the full service).

So this is a little specific but under talked about in my opinion... but I would love a video on your views regarding friendship! The bible talks about it a lot, Christ is called our friend, he had friends, on and on. I have a hard time finding like-minded, Christian friends that have the time for consistent friendship. I have a lot of getting coffee every once in a while friends, but not as many inner circle friends. Also, I imagine Sam is your closest friend that'd be cool to hear about too. Shower at night. Catch? My body wont let me shower every night. I do as often as i can, but wish my body would let me. Skin dries out and rashes - soap independent if i try every day. But it would make it easier to remember if i could. Going through spell of retraining again because of it.
