I'm 10 and 1 in rivals Went from div 5 to 4 with all wins But I had to slow down my game play a lot from last year, making sure I'm not running into defenders, having my players face the right direction b4 passing etc I actually think it's easier this year. Last year was way too dependent on playing through the wings and cut back, and I hate that

I packed Lautaro yesterday so I'm doing the evo chain on Ruben Loftus-Cheek and he's actually pretty insane. If he gets more playstyles with future evos he could be a club legend this season. Great box to box already imo and he still has two segments on b2b evo

Not even playing Rivals yet after watching the married man from Borås struggling. Build team and then wait for next Friday to launch 🚀 to go RTG in Div 5. Tactical changes are great, last year’s 71 press and 4321 was just too boring, everyone played the same. Takes some effort to understand, but look at what areas each player cover, especially when losing the ball (i.e. defending).

I’m sorry, but FC25 gameplay is just as bad if not worse than FC24. We desperately need to get back to the more arcade type style of gameplay - it’s much more fluent & enjoyable. The dribbling & player movement is so slow, robotic & boring. R1 dribbling feels unrewarding & unrealistic. They need to bin green time finishes, R1 dribbling, manual GK movement, loads of packs, loads of promo cards & get back to the basics like it was during FIFA 13-17. So much to improve on which won’t be…

This is the worst FIFA I’ve ever played . The beginning is usually fun but the passing and dribbling on this game makes it impossible to attack. Feels like a huge handicap to keep games closer and the only way to “win” is spam crosses, over the top, trivela, and L1 speed boost. Nothing but gimmicks yet again.

Literally everything about the game is excruciatingly slow which makes the auto defending is as prevelant/ridiculous as ever, passing is just laughable, people have spent hundreds on the game already...Honestly if there isn't some sort of address on release,, god help you all (thankfully, didn't actually pay for the game)

It's a lot better than Fifa 24, but it always has a much bigger skill gap which is why so many people are struggling. A lot of the KZbinrs haven't got a clue about tactics either, are giving bad instructions. I've even watched pro players recommend unbalanced tactics.

@karl343 Oh make no mistake, I'm not that great at fifa without STRESSING. I'm in div 5, as I was in elite when I stopped in 24, which was agonising. I could barely get 12/3 Champs wins. But my main issue with both, and its worse in 25 because of the (intentional??) sluggishness is the rb holding/auto defending. To me, that's not skill at all. I'm og with UT, I'm hard wired to actually manually defend for myself, which I used to be fairly decent at until automated bs. This is all exasperated with the god awful passing, janky physics causing constant rebounds, etc etc

@@tomwilko7841 slow gameplay, exaggerated animations by players. Passing is terrible can’t even do quick passes without the ball going 40 yards in the opposite direction. All you needed to do in the past was L Stick dribble, they found a way to ruin that too.

The guys in this clip who were griddying on boras were not playing slow with constant terrible touches, they were flying...perhaps ur just struggling with the transition, don't get me wrong I've found it v difficult this time, I can't get my defensive positioning right, esp the fb's going walkabout constantly, and I'm struggling to even get in positions to shoot but that's because it's a different game that is going to take time to master, I would never criticise a game just because it's harder to play than last years, it's crazy, the quality of the opponents is actual proof that the game can be mastered...so get ur head down and practice

although Rush is fun, rewards are good and Evo is a W, saying that, the gameplay is worse than FC24, the passing is awful, same old kick off glitches, u intercept the ball then the attacker takes it back 70% of the times same as in FC24, no flexibility in formations, u need 15 wins in Rivals for rewards upgrade, the menu is lagging and claiming objectives is crashing , I restart my ps5 10 times a session !!!!! .. EA did an awful job AGAIN FOR the 10th time !
